This is the yearly event here in Salinas (Rosario) the 2nd highlights in our Fiesta, (the first was the traditional Caracol/Karakol.)
the Band Parade is comprised by 11 Marching Bands
3 bands are from Rosario and the others are from the Different Municipality of Cavite. and wherever
sadly in the middle of the said event, the rain falls
