Speakers for Beatles

Because it is my mother's favorite band and my cousin's wedding song-playlist are their songs. I am now turned on to listen to The Beatles.

It's almost a crown for Jessica Sanchez

It's almost a crown for Filipino-Mexican singer Jessica Sanchez, reaching the finale of American Idol is also a gift.

I am right in my prediction, that the top three will include: Joshua, Jessica and Phillip. But by guessing who will go on to top 2, I failed, Joshua didn't make it.

And my prediction goes that the winner would be Jessica. As I heard the news that Jessica earned 90Million votes last night was outstanding, 

And when Ryan Seacreast announces that the season 11 winner got a One Hundred Thirty Million plus votes, I absolutely thinks it's Jessica. It is no wonder that you will think of her while you know that she owns the voting of the last three weeks.

I don't wanna believe on the game fixing thing comes to it. When you already know that a public voting is a very tough call, i think it is not the proper way to know who's the best. You know that, when the contestant with the most number of standing ovation from the judges have been eliminated (Joshua).

And if you also look at the list of the passed American Idol winners, the last four winner is a guy, it encourages you to assume that the next winner is also a male singer. And by the power of voting and the number of girls fans, Phillip had it. Remember what Beyonce's line? "Who run the world: Girls"

Anyway, Phillip also deserved it, he proves it by his last two performances. He also received a standing ovation in his version of HOME. It is also a big deal of choosing the right and the fitted song on the contest, and in his way of singing that piece, he owns it.

Hans Zimmer, Do you know this guy?

All movie series have their own trademark piece of music. Like Hedwig's theme of Harry Potter series, Concerning Hobbits of The Lord of the Rings trilogy and others. but this guy that you can see from the picture below is a piece maker of great movies and have won a lot of awards in his compositions.

Other movies have soundtracks of songs, but this time give your ears a chance to hear a soundtrack that an Orchestra played.

Hans Zimmer

This guy has composed music for over 100 films, including "The Lion King", "Gladiator", "The Dark knight" and "Inception" where he take home the awards for the best music from different movie awarding. But the first piece that I heard from this guy is the main theme of Pirates of the Caribbean.

The soundtrack "He's a Pirate" has been used in a Talent Show, a Boxing-match background sound and for some local movies here in the country. And for so long time that this being used, It's sounds is became a trademark, and whenever you here it you will think that "Ohh this is from a Pirates movie!"

This is another piece from Hans Zimmer, "One Day" try to hear it!

He also composed the music behind the movie Sherlock Holmes..

Ibalik Muli ang Sugarfree

After 12 years of KULET songs "Sugarfree" one of my favorite OPM band decided to disband.

Isang gabi habang ako ay nagcocomputer ay narinig ko sa TV namin ang balitang nagdisband na ang Sugarfree noon pang March 1, 2011 at nagdecide na din si Ebe ang kanilang vocalist na maging Solo-Artist  

Nung marinig ko yun ay para akong nanghihinayang isa kasi sila sa mga OPM bands na hinahangaan at pinakikinggan ko. Katunayan nga ay habang ginagawa ko 'tong blog na 'to ay mga kanta nila ang nadidinig ko.

At masasabi ko ngang ang mga kanta nila ay bahagi ng nakaraan ko oh nakaraan mo din. at marahil ang mga kanta nila ay inawit mo din? natawa ka din ba sa mga Lyrics ng "Nangangawit" at "Kung Ayaw Mo na sa Akin"? naging lullaby mo din ba minsan ang kanta nilang "Tulog Na"?. pero eto sure ako, na kahit hindi ka fan nila ay alam mo pa rin ang chorus ng "Makita Kang Muli". diba?.

Pero marahil din sa impluwensiya ng K-POP at ibang foreign artist ay natabunan na sa isip ng mga ibang pilipino ang mga kantang nabanggit ko. at sa tingin ko din dahil sa mga gadgets ngayon na may mp3 wala ng nakakaisip makinig ng kanta sa Radyo. inaamin ko na ang Sugarfree ay isa din sa mga unNoticed great band dito sa Pinas at maraming hindi nakakakilala sa mga kanta nila pero sa mga makakabasa nito ako na ang nagsasabi kahit itry mo lang pakinggan subukan mong iplay sa youtube ang kahit isang kanta nila. at habang ginagawa mo 'yon isaisip mo ang bawat mga linya at tumingin ka sa title ng kanta baka marahil makilala mo na sila.

para sa mga gustong maghanap ng kanta nila irerecommend ko ang mga best songs nila sa playlist ko.

Makikita niyo naman at mapapatunayan kapag inyong pinakinggan ang mga kanta nila habang tumitingin sa Lyrics. kaya 'ko nga nagustuhan ang Sugarfree eh dahil sa mga kanta nila na talagang tumutugma sa anumang aspeto ng buhay.

Pippin's song (Lord of the Rings)

I am inspired of this song, I know many are not aware of Lord of the Rings in today's time because the series is  done and already showed seven years ago but I will gonna say that Lord of the Rings are the most epic and historical film of all times

and I think, there is not and there will be not be better movie than Lord of the Rings ever.

this Pippin's song is one of memorable part in the Lord of the Rings 3rd installment "The return of the Kings" I just amazed in the lyrics and in how Pippin sang this song, :D
